I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, despite being next to the street, which made it a bit loud at night. They are newly decorated, spacious, and meticulously clean with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, especially when they assisted us after a robbery, showing kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. The location was very favorable for accessing the metro and was accommodating to any requests we had. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being disappointing while others were delightful. Overall, a good value for money hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms.

The service was exceptional, particularly Massimo on the front desk, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative. The location was convenient, close to the subway stop and a 24-hour supermarket. The dining experience offered a buffet with many options available, though more cereal options could enhance it. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement in dining choices.

The hotel had a room with an allergy issue, but the other side was perfect, although noisy with a restaurant above us. The view was nice. The staff, including Laura, Michela, and others, was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The location, albeit in a dirty neighborhood, was connected to M1 metro and a short walk to the subway. Dining was good but could be improved. Additional areas for improvement included more cereal options and better dining till 11.00 am.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the metro for easy travel, but the room decor was outdated and facing a noisy street. The service was impeccable with a kind gentleman named Roberto making our stay pleasant, yet the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
